Sweet baby Aubree. She was only 5 days old at our session and the best part is she's part of my family so I get to see her often! She was so sweet and when she finally fell asleep she was such a good sport!
Now I must admit that I still need a lot of practice with newborns. Others make it look so easy and effortless but let me tell you, they have a gift because it is the farthest thing from it! Not that I didn't enjoy my session, it's just not second nature to me yet. Photographing a running toddler is much easier (for me) than a newbie. But I learned a lot from this session and hope to learn even more from my next newborn session.

In my opinion for whatever it's worth - I think you did a great job Erin. The focus is on the baby, and they look wonderful. You will only build from this experience & learn more with each new session! I still learn something new each time! The natural light on the picture with mom looking down at baby is so magical. Great work!
